KDU-121 Hydrophilic polyurethane grouting resin (one component) is one kind of hydrophile and single component polyurethane material stopping leaks. Once meeting water, the volume expends rapidly. It can form high elastic foaming body to block cracks and achieved the goal of stopping the water.
Application field:
? Apply to stopping water, prevent penetrating and reinforce that in build and concrete.
? Apply to stopping water in underground project, reinforcing groundwork of building, reinforcing bam, preventing leaks of tunnel, reinforcing bridge, stopping water in mine, etc.
Characteristics
? There will be a chemical reaction to expand volume and form high elastic foaming body immediately when contacting water. The foaming body have good chemical resistance, it can resist drinking water, seawater, waste water, acidic and alkaline chemistry.
? Harmless to drinking water when it's cured.
? Excellent adherence to the foundations, and prevent the occurrence of distortion, destruction and fissure.
? The resin react with the water will release gas, with the pressure of releasing gas, the resin can be infused into the loose stratum so that the porous structure and the stratum can be filled fully.
